Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eyebrow Tinting.

Tint generally lasts four to six weeks on most clients. Duration depends on hair growth, skin type, and aftercare; oil-based products and frequent exfoliation may fade color faster. We offer touch-ups to maintain depth and shape as needed.

We perform a patch test prior to treatment and use gentle, salon-grade tints formulated for brows. If you have known allergies or very reactive skin, inform your technician; alternative semi-permanent options or skipping tint may be recommended.

No — tinting only colors existing hairs and does not alter hair structure or brow architecture. For permanent shape changes, consider shaping services like brow waxing, threading, or microblading. Tinting complements these services for a fuller look.

Avoid heavy facial treatments, retinoids, or chemical peels 48–72 hours before your appointment. Come with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid waxing or tinting elsewhere; discuss medications or pregnancy with your technician beforehand.

Tinting can be applied over faded tint but should not be used directly over fresh microblading. Wait until microblading is fully healed and consult our technicians for safe timing and color matching to avoid uneven results.

Avoid soaking, saunas, and oil-based cleansers for the first 24-48 hours. Use gentle, sulfate-free cleansers and limit exfoliation around brows. Schedule touch-ups every 4–6 weeks and protect color from excessive sun exposure.
